How do I Manage My Contracts?

Successful businesses are likely to have hundreds of contract agreements. Some of the agreements may set out the terms of a strategic alliance, some may be performed over a long period of time such as software development, some may be for either a simple short project, or a project over many years with important milestones to be reached or deliverables made over the term of the agreement.

PBDA provides advice as to contract management, but we realised that to develop a suitable contract management system for SME’s would take a large investment and considerable time. There are already existing contract management systems in the market place which can provide small to medium business owners and large enterprises with solutions.

Our liaison is with the corporation Open Windows and they have a free contract management system for up to 25 contracts, which can be converted to a larger number on payment of a sliding scale of monthly fees. Their Enterprise Contract Management Lifecycle System is scaleable across industries and number and type of contracts.
