Web Grader Score

Jun 24, 2011 by

A web grader crawls over your website, observes your web pages, visits your blogs and articles, and takes notes of your links and whether you have RSS feeds. It then produces a report which gives you a score out of 100. So if you were given a score/rating of 55% it means you rate better than 54.9% of all the websites so far rated. Since they have rated about 3.5 million web sites, the number of web sites worse than yours and better than yours, are substantial. There are suggestions in the report as to how you can improve your score.

The most popular suggestion is to add Twitter, Facebook and other social networks to your website. The main advice we can give to website owners is that to attract attention from Google, you have to add new content to your website.
